It's that time of year again - Salami Weekend! We spend a chilly and very enjoyable weekend with the family making our own salami's and sausages. For the benefit of my family I have posted 2 vids from last year - 1. The ancient art of salami tying (so we can brush up on our skills) and 2. Some dancing!
